The Georgia Court of Appeals affirmed the conviction of Christopher James Critcher today. Critcher was convicted by a Wilkinson County jury for the offenses of four (4) counts of Child Molestation. Congratulations to ADA Brent Cochran for his win in supporting the Wilkinson County verdict.
Richard Louis Rodriguez was convicted of the offenses of Incest and two counts of Aggravated Child Molestation after a jury trial in Jasper County on February 19, 2019. Rodriguez received a sentence of Life with the first forty (40) years to be served in confinement.

Arthur James Shackleford entered his guilty plea today for armed robbery of a Milledgeville bank branch and resulting crime spree. District Attorney Stephen Bradley described to the Court how Shackleford robbed the bank then hijacked a car in the parking lot to lead law enforcement on a car chase. Judge Amanda Petty followed the State's recommendation and sentenced Shackleford to a total sentence of forty (40) years with twenty (20) years to be served in prison. The office
